Judgement across psychology,
leadership and business.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist and executive adviser working where human behaviour materially affects organisational performance.

I work across executive performance, senior-team dynamics and the organisational systems surrounding both.
My approach is informed by the discipline of clinical formulation: drawing together multiple sources of evidence to understand what is maintaining a problem, rather than assuming that the visible symptom tells the whole story.
In an organisational setting, that means looking carefully at the interaction between people, structure, judgement, relationships and the conditions in which performance is expected.
The purpose is not to turn organisations into clinics or to diagnose executives. It is to bring psychological depth, business understanding and measured judgement to consequential situations.
