The Teichert Review
Something important
isn't moving.
Before you change the people, the structure or the strategy, find out why.
A short, independent examination of what is actually getting in the way.
Discuss a ReviewThe starting point
Not another solution in search of a problem.
Organisations usually encounter Teichert after something important has stalled. A decision has been made. Capable people are involved. Plans, meetings and follow-ups have not produced enough movement.
The visible symptom can make an intervention feel obvious: coaching, restructuring, a new operating model, a change programme or a leadership decision.
The Review begins earlier. It establishes what is happening, why it is happening and what should change first—before significant time, money or trust is committed to the wrong explanation.
Approximately 2–3 weeks
A focused, independent examination.
Brief
A sponsor briefing clarifies the issue, intended outcome, scope, stakeholders and the decisions the Review needs to inform.
Examine
Confidential interviews, relevant materials and the path from decision to execution are examined from multiple perspectives.
Synthesise
Different explanations are compared. An anonymised synthesis is used where appropriate; anonymity is not promised where context makes it impossible.
Act
Findings, one prioritised recommendation and a 90-day action plan are discussed with the sponsor.
