Strategy is agreed but execution keeps drifting
Trace the issue through decisions, relationships and organisational conditions to find where movement first loses force.
South Africa
Independent, founder-led work grounded in longstanding professional, research and business experience in South Africa.
The work begins by identifying what is maintaining the problem—not by assuming the intervention.
South African foundations
Werner Teichert's professional work was established in South Africa and later expanded into Australia. He is registered as a Clinical Psychologist in both countries and has worked across professional education, research, leadership and business.
He founded specialist education platforms through which more than 2,000 mental health professionals have been trained across Southern Africa and Australia. His university research in South Africa examined professional responsibility, psychotherapy and leadership.
Teichert brings that depth to organisational situations without presenting executive advisory as clinical treatment. The focus is practical: understand the issue well enough to decide what should change first.
When it may be useful
Trace the issue through decisions, relationships and organisational conditions to find where movement first loses force.
Create a disciplined account of the evidence without flattening legitimate differences or choosing a convenient narrative too early.
Test whether the concern is best explained by the person, the role, the team or the system before committing to a consequential decision.
Use a bounded review to identify the highest-leverage change rather than commissioning a broad programme before the problem is clear.
Evidence of practice
Public evidence includes research held by UNISA and the University of Johannesburg, professional education work across Southern Africa, and an established network of professional relationships in the region.
